2013-2014 Tuition Rates & Fees
*Rates effective September 1, 2013-August 30, 2014
$850.00 per month (all ages)
Part-Time Tuition (as space is available)
*3 days (M-W-F) per week-$550.00 per month
*2 days (T-TH) per week-$450.00 per month
*We do not offer "half day" care*
Drop-in Care & Additional Hours/Days of care
(all ages/as space is available)
$10.00 per hour/per child
$40.00 per day/per child
*Payment is due on day of care!
Tuition Due Date
All tuition is due on or before the 1st of every month by the close of the school day (5:30pm). If the 1st shall fall on a weekend, holiday or preschool closure, payments will be due prior to the 1st by the close of the school.
*Tuition at our discretion may increase/decrease once a year, with at least 1 month/ 30 days notice.
Cash or personal checks are accepted. Checks may be made payable to: Brandi Hitchcock. A fee of $25.00 will be added for all returned checks. Receipts for tuition and all fees will be given each month for your records. "End of the Year" statements for tax preparations are mailed out in January for the previous year.
Discounts, Make-up Days, Substitutions, or Swapping Days
We do not offer any discounts, make-up days or substitutions for any days your child is not in care such as when preschool is closed for our vacation, when your family is on vacation, holidays, illnesses, or bad weather days.
*Swapping out days is NOT permitted for part-time clients. You may add an additional day at the drop-in rate of $40 as space is available during any week.
Either party with proper notice may terminate care and the child care agreement at anytime for any reason. Proper notice will consist of a 30 day written notice along with full payment to cancel our agreement. If care is terminated without proper notice, payment is still expected and will be legally enforced.
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per child is required to hold a space upon enrollment. This will be applied to your child's first month's tuition.
Activity & Supply Fee(All ages, full-time & part-time care)
A non-refundable, yearly fee of $75.00 per child is due and payable every September 1st. This fee will be pro-rated as necessary depending upon enrollment date and is due with deposit. This fee is used towards maintenance, repairs, new supplies/equipment and the replacement of old supplies/equipment as needed throughout the year.
Late Tuition Fees
A late fee of $10.00 per day will be added to the monthly tuition if payment has not been received on or before the 1st of the month by the end of the preschool day; 5:30pm.
Late Pick-up Fees
There will be a late pick-up charge of $1.00 for every minute after 5:30pm. Late fees are due at the time of pick-up!
